The first meeting with West Court Media is designed to define the scope of the project and to establish the timeline.

After the initial discussion, we will develop a proposal for you that delineates the parameters of the project, the deliverables, the costs and the schedule.

Once you review the proposal and we make any necessary adjustments, we ill create a contract that reinforces the proposal and sets up the payment schedule.

Depending on the size of the project, you will have interim checkpoints with West Court Media to ensure that we are meeting your expectations. Any changes will be documented and tracked with change orders including additional (or lesser) charges.

When the project is complete, we will have a meeting to review and hand off the final deliverables. If the contract calls for ongoing maintenance or subsequent updating one of the deliverables there will be a maintenance schedule.
